Excellent location in the centre of the city, Lotte mall and supermarket straight across the road. We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment, it was spacious and clean. The swimming pool is excellent. We have booked to stay for another 3 days on our return to Hanoi.

This 3 bedroom apartment is outstanding. Excellent size, comfortable for 4 adults, room facilities excellent, great bathrooms, terrific balcony. Staff are outstanding, excellent in all facets or the work. The pool and gardens are legendary, absolutely top quality. Outstanding dining facilities, and the bar is brilliant, I felt pampered the whole time I was here.

The apartment was extremely clean and nice and big. The beds were comfortable. There was a big supermarket across the road in the shopping centre. The fridge was excellent and very cold. The apartment was a lot further out from the Old Quarter than we thought but it was okay, we just got a Grab in and it was very cheap.
